Sayid, Bernard, and Jin stayed behind while most of the survivors hiked to the radio tower. When a group of Others came to camp to take the pregnant women, Sayid shot a tent rigged with dynamite. Then Bernard shot a second tent. Jin shot the third tent, but the dynamite didn't explode, so Ryan, Tom, and Jason survived.

All three of our survivors were captured by the Others.
