Role Play can be a fun way to spice up your marriage.
If you have never tried any type of games in the bedroom, this article will help you get started, and give you some ideas for some roles that you might enjoy with your mate.
Before you just jump into crazy costumes and get it on, talk with your spouse outside the bedroom and think through these five steps.

Make sure you listen to one another and find a healthy middle ground where you both can play and enjoy the added dimension of your love making experience.

As you sit together and talk about your upcoming experience, think back to characters that you liked in movies or books.
Also, think of completely different personalities than your own to explore (e.

If you are dominant in your relationship, consider being a submissive character).
You could explore different time periods (Renaissance, Medieval, Elizabethan, the 60's) It's Role Play - so there is no end to your creativity within the comfortable boundaries that you set with your spouse.

After picking characters, pick a place and situation
Its easy to throw on a couple costumes and go to it.
Yet, for added dimension, do what actors do - Give your play added specifics.
If you are strangers meeting for the first time - Who are you when you meet? Where are you going to meet? What type of person are you? If you choose the Boss and Assistant route - What is the business you work in? Where do you have to have your rendezvous? Do other workers know? How do you keep it hidden? Ask questions of yourself and your character for added dimension and enjoyment of the role play.

Gather costume pieces and props.
Visit thrift stores and costume shops for great deals on all types of clothing.
Visit fun gift stores for other added paraphernalia that you might need for your "scene".
Don't go too crazy spending money - you don't want to do into debt for a sexy rendezvous! 5.
Set boundaries for your play.
This is an important step before you begin in your role play.
Make sure that you don't laugh or judge your mate in any way.
There is an unwritten rule in improvisational theatre that goes like this: "Go with it".
That means - don't deny what the other person is giving you, just play along and see where it goes.
This could be applied to your role play within the boundaries that you set.
Choose a "safe word" that, if spoken, all role play comes to a stop.
