How to Transfer Data From One LG 6100 to Another
- 1). Download and install the Verizon Wireless Backup Assistant to the first LG VX6100. Go to the Media Center application. Click "Tools on the Go." Click "Get New Application" and then click "Business Tools/Information." Highlight "Backup Assistant" and click "OK."
- 2). Follow the screen prompts as the program leads you through backing up your user data from the first LG VX6100.
- 3). Activate the second LG VX6100 to your phone number and the Verizon network at the Verizon Wireless store. Download and install the Verizon Wireless Backup Assistant to the second LG VX6100 using the same steps that you did in Steps 1 and 2.
- 4). Enter the PIN that you set up in during Step 2 when the Backup Assistant prompts you do so. Select "Full Restore" and click "OK."
