- 1). Look online at website's like neuterspay.org. Type in your information to find local spay and neuter organizations.
- 2). Visit the website's that you find and write down the names and phone numbers of the organization's that you are interested in.
- 3). Call the organizations and find out what there requirements are for free spay and neutering services.
- 4). Organize and gather any documents that are required (such as proof of income, proof of residency, etc.)
- 5). On the day of your cats surgery arrive early and bring any paper work that is needed.
