Broken Heart Remedies

Being broken up with by the one you love is a very harsh blow, especially around the holidays.
The loneliness at times, can just seem to be too much.
However, there are some things you can do, some broken heart remedies, that can help you deal with the pain and even get your ex back.
First step is to cut off contact with your ex for awhile.
He may or may not try to contact you, but it's pretty important that you don't contact him and keep any talking to a minimum.
You need some time to recover, and he needs some time to miss you.
Next is to focus on the areas of your life that typically go downhill during depression...
your health and your social life.
Physically, it's important to stay active to keep healthy.
A lot of people let themselves go and end up feeling horrible later because they're not who they want to be.
Life always gets better eventually, and being left with the aftermath of a couple weeks of not caring about yourself is not a fun place to be.
Regular exercise will keep you fit and provide a distraction from the breakup pain.
Socially, don't be a recluse.
Find your friends and family, and take some joy in their company.
It's hard to get up the motivation to carry on, but they can lend you some support and get you feeling better pretty quickly.
