Quick Ways To Clear Up Acne - Discover Why Anyone With A Quick Cure Is Lying
Let's face it; discovering quick ways to clear up acne are pretty much the point of your existence if you have pimples all over your skin. Acne can be a real downer; it feels like everyone is staring at your skin and judging you over something that you have no control over whatsoever. As much as we might try and ignore it, acne is a problem that just doesn't go away.
I used to be in the same exact boat. My acne problems started when I was young and by the time I was 23, it had ballooned into this awful problem with no hope in sight. I only left my house to either work or attend class. other than that, I would make up excuses just so I wouldn't have to deal with people seeing me in public.
Now throughout this decade of trying to get rid of acne, I read about it as much as I could and started trying all sorts of different treatment ideas. Many people claimed to have the answer and offered up all sorts of quick ways to clear up acne. It got so annoying to read the same, tired old information over and over again.
Things like "wash your face twice daily." This is the worst and most pointless advice I've ever read about curing acne; acne doesn't have a single thing to do with dirt on your skin and you could wash your face a thousand times a day and you'd still experience break outs. In fact, washing your skin causes even more break outs because it strips your skin of oils, unnecessarily drying it out and causing more clogged and irritated pores!
Another common theme that I continually come across to this day is that there is no connection between diet and acne. In the US, a cursory, week long study was conducted 40 years ago between diet and acne and since then, any connection has been denied. It seems companies are more keen to push their own quick ways to clear up acne rather than investigate into this further.
The simple fact is that our diets and lifestyles play humongous roles in regards to our acne. Countless studies outside of the US have been conducted on people such as the Inuit, the Ache, Kitavans and even more studies have been conducted by dermatologists. In the former studies on the Ache, kitavans and Inuit, none of them had any instances of acne in their culture. Going a step further, the Inuit adopted a more western style diet with processed foods; cases of acne began running amok amongst them.
Furthermore, dermatologists all over the world, except in the US, have began successfully treating their patients by having them adopt more natural foods and eschewing processed item. There is a very clear connection between diet and acne. But here and in most parts of the world, the drug companies would rather prefer to just keep making their so called quick ways to clear up acne.
They'd rather push their chemicals because it's a very big market. What's worse is that these chemicals have two very big problems. They are chemicals first and foremost; chemicals, no matter how gentle, simply cannot exist on our skin without irritating it. Secondly, these chemicals don't do a single thing to address the real problems inside. Excess dead skin and oil clogging our pores maybe the external problems that lead to acne; but if we take care of the real problems inside, these external problems will simply cease to exist.
When it comes down to it, the only real quick ways to clear up acne lie in dealing with the problems that begin inside our bodies. The drug companies aren't interested in cures, they're interested in profits. A cured patient in no longer a revenue stream.
I've really just gotten fed up with all the useless information that claims to be one of the quick ways to clear up acne and in fact, isn't worth anything. Curing yourself from the inside out is the only way to be cured
