Standard Speckled Stoneware fired to Cone 6. Cappuchino Glaze.
Potter's Statement: I love the detailed texture of the trimmings from pots on the wheel so I saved some and strategically placed them all around the pot and one for the lid.
Beth's Comments: I love the organic feeling this sprigging gives your pot, and the use of it as a handle, as well as a decorative element, really enhances the whole, in my opinion.
I also like how the cappuccino glaze breaks according to thickness. A textured glaze like this was a good choice!
