How to Remove Hinge Pins
- 1). Place the screwdriver under the edge of the head of the pin.
- 2). Tap on the handle of the chisel or the screwdriver with your hand. The pin should begin to start working up through the hinge.
- 3). Tap several times on the handle of the chisel or screwdriver with a hammer until the hinge pin begins to pop up out of the hinge.
- 4). Pull the hinge pin out with your fingers, and lay it aside.
- 5). Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the remaining hinge pins.
