The Planet in Peril
I am stupefied at the game of pain, sorrow, wit and intrigues hovering around the world today.
As I watch with bated breath, the unfortunate incidence has one drunk with fears and confusions.
It will be an understatement if one should assume at this juncture that we are really approaching the end of time.
I am not a prophet of doom, but the truth must be told regarding the developments going on around us today.
As I recount the events of the past 10 years, tears well up in my eyes.
I searched for an answer to all palpable fears of the past and recent happenings, but instead of finding an answer, am rather left pulsated and transfixed.
The world is gradually becoming a cloud of evil, no safe places around us again.
It will be a fallacy at this juncture to assume that one country is safer than the others.
That does not mean that some countries are not safer than others, but it seems as if our collective strength in making the world a safer place to be is gradually ebbing away.
I will start with America, the country believed to be the most powerful nation on earth; a country brought down to its knees during the September 11 terrorist attack.
Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives in the unfortunate incidence.
The development led to the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.
America is trying all it can to make the world a safer place, but these disgruntled elements called terrorists would not let peace reign.
A little over a year ago, America woke up to an Economic meltdown, the worst recessions in over 70 years, millions of Americans lost their source of livelihood.
It is interesting to note that they are yet to fully recover from that shock.
The whole world became engulfed and infected with the evil miasma called recessions.
Thank God for the vision of the past leaders of this Great country (America), For ensuring policy continuity irrespective of their political affiliation, that is why America will continue to be a pace setter for all.
Mean while, strange things keeps happening around us, Few months ago a man crashed a small aircraft into one of the buildings in the state of Texas.
few years ago, a student went on shooting spree in the state of Virginia killing 32 people before killing himself and many more.
America as a giant nation has been busy negotiating with all its allies around the globe with the sole aim of ensuring that the world becomes a lot safer.
For instance, the Middle East crisis, it is no news that Israel is representing the interest of America in the Middle East; Palestinians are no fools because they are quite aware of the fact that Israel and America are strong ally.
There is nothing that America has not done to bring an end to the lingering crisis.

Iran is a pain on the right knee of America.
As such, it will be difficult to find a lasting peace to the crisis in the Middle East, because the generations yet unborn are armed with hatred, the likes of Hezbollah and Hamas are only interested in the destruction of Israel, so we still have a long way to go.
With the formation of BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and china), America is very watchful of how they go about things because these nations are becoming so powerful on the world stage.
Three of them are emerging Economies whilst Russia is no push over.
This will account for the reason America is busy negotiating with those countries having poor human rights tendencies.
They know fully well the importance of these countries cannot be over emphasized.
America is currently having it tough with China over the former stands on Taiwan and Tibet, but I really do not blame America because the interest of America is to ensure that China co-habits peacefully with her neighbors and that is obviously one of the key attribute of a good leadership.
Unfortunately, China is not finding such move interesting.
America is doing all it can to win China back because they obviously need them.
China has invested billions of dollars in America.
Am sure America is too wise that they would not want to mess anything up, that is why I believe so much in Americas policy.
