Chat Conversation

• 1). Open the chat application on your mobile device to view all of your chat conversations.
  
  
• 2). Select the chat conversation you would like to remove.
  
  
• 3). Press the "Menu" button on your mobile device. Select "Delete." Depending upon the mobile device you are using, you may be able to bypass the menu button and simply press the "Delete" button on your device. If you receive a prompt asking you to confirm your intentions to delete the conversation, select "Yes" or "Delete" (exact wording will vary).
  
  

Chat Application

• 1). Press the "Menu" button on your mobile device.
  
  
• 2). Scroll through your menu applications until you locate the chat application you wish to remove.
  
  
• 3). Highlight the chat application using your phone's navigation keys.
  
  
• 4). Press your phone's "Menu" button. Select "Delete" or "Uninstall" (exact wording will vary). If you receive a confirmation prompt, confirm your intentions to uninstall the application.
  
  
• 5). Power your phone off and back on to ensure the application is completely removed.
