Increase Mass Muscle - Warning! Don"t Follow These Mass Building Secrets at Your Own Peril!

Right now I'm going to probably piss off a lot of hard core gainers by giving away this information but here are some closely guarded secrets that are simple yet powerful.
These secrets will show you how to increase mass muscle quickly and teach you a way to keep that mass.
The first principle is called muscle confusion.
To quickly explain this what I mean is that if you get your body in a regular routine doing the same thing everyday your body will get used to it and you'll actually start to see your gains become less and less.
The pros utilize something called muscle confusion and what this simply means is that you switch up your routine.
It's funny but the solution is no routine.
Now be careful with what I just said because people could take it the wrong way and mess this whole thing up! What I mean by this is that every week you have a different routine.
To increase mass muscle let's say that on week one you work on your arms on Monday, your legs on Tuesday, your cardio on Wednesday, etc.
The next week on Monday work on your cardio, on Tuesday work on your arms and Wednesday your legs, etc.
What this will do is prevent your body from adapting to the routine and you will start to see higher gains.
It's hard to believe until you see it for yourself and you will increase mass muscle for sure.
This is definitely something that you'll want to incorporate into your workout if you're smart.
Another thing that you'll want to do is make sure that you eat before you go to sleep.
The logic behind this is that when your body needs fuel it goes for the good stuff first, it will eat your precious hard won protein, your muscles! So make sure that your body has enough fuel while it's sleeping so that it doesn't tap into it's precious reserves.
If you do these things you should instantly see much greater gains than you have been seeing for a long time.
Another thing you should do is make sure that you eat at least six meals a day packed with protein.
The reason that you want to do this is the same as above.
You want to do this to make sure that your body has all the fuel that it needs to increase mass muscle so that it doesn't eat your hard earned muscle.
Another way to increase mass muscle is to make sure you are taking the correct amount of whey protein in your diet.
Also it's very important to make sure that you are taking the right vitamins.
It sounds very simplistic but there is a huge reason why I have to underline and bold what I'm saying to you.
Most people who work out are doing some of these things and not all of them and then they are wondering why they can't get the gains they want.
Often the answer is in just doing little things correctly over and over again.
Another thing, stay away from the steroids and be extremely cautious when it comes to the over-the-counter supplements as they can be harmful.
I know a few guys that have had serious problems develop because they misused these seemingly harmless products.
