The book is rather heavy going for reading from cover to cover in one sitting.
I had trouble even getting pass the 1st chapter.
Don't get me wrong the book is not boring or lacking in substance.
On the contrary it is fill to the brim with the personal experiences of these 14 marketers that it required me to read through thephone transcripts very carefully in order to fully digest the messages that they are conveying.
The personal successes of these individuals are truly very inspiring.
Some of the stories like those spoken by Jermaine Giggs and Joel Christopherrank a closer note with me as I had the chance to personally get up and close with them when they stopped by Singapore during a Internet Marketing seminar in 2007.
It took me nearly a week to get through the 260 page book but it was worth every minute invested in reading it.
There is a common message being repeated by all thee successful marketers.
The message that they are saying can be summarized into 5 short points
  • Have a plan/guide on what you want to get done now, in 5 yrs time, 20 yrs time etc
  • Have a supportive team to assist you and to outsource all the stuff which you are not competent in.
  • Focus on your strengths and build on it.
  • take action, do not just think and then procrastinate
  • be focused and positive in your outlook.
In all the book was inspiring and a great motivation tool but it fell short of sketches of actually workable game plans which a person could model upon.
To read about each of their personal experiences I do strongly suggest that you get your own copy of E-millions.
