UniFlame GBC720W Assembly Instructions

    • 1). Open the packaging and unwrap all of the parts and hardware. Check your materials with the parts list on page three of the owner's manual to ensure you don't have any missing parts.

    • 2). Open the owner's manual to page four. Complete assembly step one by connecting part #20 and #30 to parts #27 and #22 using four "A" and "B" bolts with four "F" and "E" washers.

    • 3). Assemble the right side of the cart frame in step two using parts #20, #32, #29 and #23. Connect part #20 to #29 and #23 using two "A" bolt and two "E" washers on each side. Connect #32 using two "B" bolts and "F" washers on each side.

    • 4). Connect the wheels, hubcaps and axle to the recently assembled right side of the cart frame. Continue the frame assembly by connecting part #28 to the two side frames and attaching the bottom cart wire, part #31 to each side frame.

    • 5). Attach the back panel, part #21, and the rear cart wire, part #24 to the side frames. Connect the left cart wire, part #21, to the left side frame and connect the LP gas tank retainer, part #20 to the ride side frame using two of the "D" wing nuts.

    • 6). Connect part #37 to the right side frame using two "A" bolts, "F" washers and "E" washers. Attach the handle, part #1, and temperature gauge, part #3, to the barbecue lid, part #4.

    • 7). Attach the grill body, part #10, to your assembled frame using four "A" bolts, each with an "E" and "F" washer. Place the "F" washer then "E" washer on the "A" bolt then insert it into one of the two holes on each side of the body. Tighten the bolt with the Phillips screwdriver until the body is securely attached to the frame.

    • 8). Connect part #15 to part #9 using two "B" bolts to create the left shelf. Follow the same procedure using parts #14 and #16 to create the right shelf. Attach the left and right shelves to their respective side of the frame using one "A" bolt with an "F" and "E" washer and three "B" bolts. Attach the lightning rod, part #36, to the back of the wing nut connection on part #21.

    • 9). Open the lid of the grill and insert the heat plate, part #6, cooking grid, part #5, and warming rack, part #2. The heat plate and cooking grid should sit securely in the body of the grill while the warming rack tips should slide into the holes in both the lid and body. The warming rack should stay in place as you rotate the lid open and closed.

      Complete the assembly by attaching the control knobs, part #11 and #12, to the front of the grill body. Insert the AA battery, hardware "H", into the ignition button. Hook the grease cup support, part #17 over the back frame piece, part #21. Sit the grease cup, part #18, into the support.
