Premature Ejaculation - Yes! You Can Stop PE in a Week

So premature ejaculation is the most common sexual health problem yet is also one of the least talked about and usually ignored due to its embarrassing nature yet new research is showing that by using techniques used by body builders it is possible in most cases to stop the problem within a week.
It is possible to retrain your body by following a number of exercises which will enable you to have sex correctly and last longer in bed.
Premature ejaculation or PE is when a man comes too early.
This can very enormously as it is really dependent on when both partners are satisfied.
An average couple will last between 5 - 10 minutes while some this is too much and with others not enough so really the problem is finding the balance that will satisfy both partners.

Athletes such as sprinters use dense fast twitch muscles for speed whilst weight lifters use less dense slow twitch muscles for stamina by using the knowledge of both training programmes we can develop exercises for the muscles used during sex and stop premature ejaculation in a natural way.
A good example of this would be taking control over your breathing and your pc muscle.
Breathing exercises will calm you and reduce stress.
Whilst the PC muscle is found between the scrotum and the anus and by doing exercises to tighten and control this muscle you will have greater control over your erection and ultimately when you ejaculate.
You could try an exercise similar to those that a woman does to tighten her pelvic floor.

e tighten your PC and hold for 10 seconds, release for 10 seconds and then repeat (do this 10 times) Then do a program of 20 repetitions of quick fast holds.
