Fat is your worst enemy! The reason why you don't have a great looking toned stomach right now, is because you have body fat! Body fat is your worst enemy when it comes to having a great looking toned stomach.

Dieting and Exercise Your main concern right now is getting rid of the disgusting fat that is keeping you from having a wonderful looking stomach.
This is going to require some dieting and exercise.
Dieting guidelines to help you thin up: - Make sure you are getting plenty of water in your diet, 3-4 liters a day is great.
- Stay away from fatty meats.
You want to eat only lean meats, and don't eat them on a day to day basis.
