If you're reading this then you are probably in the same position I was only a month - a weak vertical jump. I tried everything to improve my vertical jump workouts including intense, crazy stretching techniques and muscle training painful but none of it worked. In fact, many of these attempts to set me back even further from my goal to jump higher.

You might be thinking that you already exercise and eat healthy, but that's not enough. A healthy body is more than just strong muscles and it starts with the joint health. The joints allow you to move and are the most healthy joints, the greater the vertical jump will get. There are hundreds of ways to improve and maintain joint health that I will talk a little later.

Another important part of improving your vertical jump is to have the balance as stable as possible. The better your balance is, the highest jump will feel easier. That's right! A proper balance not only to improve your vertical jump, but also uses energy more efficiently in any athletic activity "feel" easier.

Many people will tell you that the best way to improve your vertical leap is by building muscle in the legs and they are completely wrong. While the leg muscle mass will certainly help, it is much more important to know how to get more explosive jump at any given time.
