Ingredients 2 lbs of Beef Chuck or Boneless Beef Shank cut into 1x1 cubes 4 tbsp of Tomato Paste 2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp of Flour 2 small or 1 large Onions 3 medium Turnips cut into cubes 5 large Carrots 4 cloves of Garlic diced 1 Bay Leaf 1 tsp dried Thyme (1 tbsp if fresh) 1 cup of Water 1 cup Red Wine Salt and Pepper to season Instructions Pre heat oven to 300 F Chop all meat and vegetables In a 5 quart pot combine Beef, Flour, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, and Salt and Pepper (don't be afraid add a little extra) Add all vegetables, seasonings and anything left.
Cover with a lid and let cook for 2 - 2.
5 hours or till meat is tender.

And they taste just as good if not better.
Ingredients 4 oz Low fat ground Turkey ¼ cup Spinach ½ tsp Salt 5 Almonds chopped (optional) 2 Mushrooms chopped 1 tbsp of Organic Ketchup Instructions Mix all ingredients in a bowl until everything is thoroughly combined.
Cook either on the barbecue or on the stove.
If cooking on the stove spray pan with cooking spray.
Cook each side until lightly browned, medium heat.
Serve with a side of Rice or Salad.
