How to Get Rid of Brown Spots on the Legs

    • 1). Apply a bleaching cream or lotion to the affected area. Clean the skin first and massage the cream into the leg until it is absorbed.

    • 2). Massage Vitamin-E oil on your leg. Vitamin-E can help reduce the hyperpigmentation that leads to liver spots. Vitamin-E lotion and oil are readily available at pharmacies and supermarkets.

    • 3). Cut a fresh lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Dip a cotton ball into the juice, squeeze out the excess, and gently rub the lemon juice on the liver spot. Lemon contains enzymes that act as a natural bleaching agent.

    • 4). Mix two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, one small potato that has been peeled and half a cucumber with one tablespoon of yogurt in a small bowl. Mix and pour into a blender and combine on a low setting until the ingredients form a smooth paste. Apply this to the affected leg and cover with two damp, hot towels and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse.
