How would you like to have a perfect skin before walking down the aisle or even after the wedding? Most brides to be will go to the nearest skin care center to have their skin check for improvement so they can walk down aisle blooming with healthier skin.
Visiting skin care center is a very good move but there are ways to make the visit less frequent using available natural products at home.
Schedule a facial with your skin care specialist.
You may schedule a facial with your skin care specialist at least once a month.
If you don't have time or budget to visit the skin care center, you can do it at home.
Make sure you have products for the following; Cleanse.
Use your facial cleanser prescribe by your skin care specialist or facial cleanser which is compatible with your skin.
Exfoliate.
Use the recommended facial scrub by your skin care specialist.
There are also DIY Facial scrub recipe in the internet.
Of course select a recipe which is compatible to your skin.
In my monthly routine I use white table sugar, facial oil and lemon.
Scrub it on your face in circular manner, clockwise in every part of your skin.
Remove the facial scrub with lukewarm water.
Steam.
According to beauty experts, steaming the skin will improve skin hydration.
For the face, I suggest to pour steaming water in a basin and add a little lemon juice.
Cover your head with towel and face should at least 5 inches away from the steaming basin of hot water - not boiling water.
You may also soak a towel in basin with hot water, squeeze out the water from the towel and lay it to your face for 3minutes or wait for the heat to disappear.
Mask.
Before applying facial mask make sure to check your skin type.
For dry skin use a hydrating facial mask and for oily skin use clay based facial mask.
You may check this with your skin care specialist.
Tone.
Use a toner compatible to your skin to leave your skin fresh looking and feeling.
Toners help to close pores, remove traces of oil and prepare your skin for makeup.
Moisturize.
Apply a little amount of your daily moisturizer.
There are moisturizers with SPF formula which blocks away UV rays.
At night use a night cream that helps regenerate and rebuild the skin.
