    • Marketing managers work in a variety of industries. Marketing managers may also be responsible for overseeing the company's internet marketing activities.

      Many employers want at least five years of experience and at least a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Some employers will give preference to MBA graduates.

      The Bureau of Labor Statistics states that the average annual salary was $120,070 as of May 2009.

    Business Analyst

    • Business analysts, or consultants, help companies improve efficiency and profitability. A company might hire an analyst to help eliminate unnecessary jobs. Or a company might need help implementing new technologies or reducing expenses. Hiring a consultant gives businesses both an expert perspective and a fresh set of eyes.

      Some consultants specialize in a certain field such as publishing, whereas others specialize in functions such as marketing or technology. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, many employers seek to hire those with an MBA.

      Salary depends on many factors such as the industry and the amount of experience you have but the BLS states that the median salary in May 2008 was around $73,000.

    Financial Analyst

    • Financial analysts help individuals and businesses make sound financial decisions. Evaluating investments, developing a debt-reduction plan, and staying current on financial trends are all tasks that a financial analyst might complete.

      Many positions require an MBA, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Depending on the type of work, a license may be required. Many companies pay for licensing and training fees.
