How to Install a Shower Liner With a Shower Curtain
- 1). Lay the liner on a flat surface, such as a bed. Lay the curtain on top of the liner, so the holes in the top of the curtain and liner align. Place one curtain ring or hook through each set of holes. If you are using double-hook shower curtain hooks, place one hook into the hole in the curtain and the other in the hole in the liner. All of the curtain hooks or rings should be oriented in the same direction.
- 2). Remove the rubber tip from one end of the tension rod. Thread the curtain rings or hooks onto the rod.
- 3). Twist the rod so it is slightly longer than the distance between the walls that will hold the rod. Press the two ends of the rod toward each other and position the rod between the walls at the desired height. When you release the rod, the spring inside the rod will hold it in place. Adjust the position, if needed, so the curtain is at the desired height and is level.
