How to Deal With Frustration - Ari L.

In modern society especially in new ages millennium, frustration is a word we use to hear a lot when we become adult, funny thing when we are kids until teenager I believe we never had those symptoms, all we do is play around with our friends and hangout with our buddies and yet although our parents scolded us many times we still ignore them and we have good times.

On the other hand when we grow up and have responsibility frustration and stresses become a part of our live and we live our life with full of schedule to be fulfilled and deadline to be maintained. So where is those fun days we have, when we were teenagers, it's just gone and disappear.

I am also experiencing lots of stress and frustrations in my daily life what I am trying to do giving recipe to holistic remedies and natural remedies is the way or path that we have to conclude and not having frustration or stressed in our daily activity, the answer is having fun!

Yes by having fun all the time and the responsibility that we have to carry out in office, business, and or tough meetings we should never take it too seriously just act them as we were playing some kind of games with our buddies when we were youngster. Believe me that way your frustration and stress will reduce. I heard my colleague said that he was frustrated because his boss is yelling almost everyday, don't feel that way treat your boss as he were your tough teacher and act them as your mentor, cool him down by putting some jokes so he want feel stress too.

I hope this small tip is useful and a small guidance for home remedies education for medications.
