Pennsylvania boasts six ABA-accredited law schools, many of which offer specialization in business law or joint J.D. and M.B.A programs. Business law courses include antitrust, taxation, corporations, labor law, mergers, sales, intellectual property, finance and employment discrimination. Most business law specializations can be completed within three years, although some joint degree programs include four years of study. - The Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University offers students the chance to specialize in business law during their second and third years of study. According to the law school's website, students can pursue a joint J.D. and M.B.A program with the Smeal College of Business.
Courses include antitrust, bankruptcy and commercial law, corporate law, taxation and international corporate and commercial law. During their law school education, students can participate in the Center for the Study of Mergers and Acquisitions, the Uniform Commercial Code Institute and the Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center.

The University website touts Wharton as the "world's leader in business, especially in finance, accounting, real estate and healthcare." The law school offers both three-year and four-year joint J.D and M.B.A programs.
Wharton is the world's largest business school with over 200 faculty members in 11 departments. The business specialization carries over to the law school, which boasts nine professors holding doctorates in economics.
