How to Replace a Rear License Plate Lamp on a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee

- 1). Remove the four screws holding the license plate bracket in place and remove the bracket.
- 2). Pull the license plate bulb out of the license plate lamp located on the bracket.
- 3). Remove the two screws with a screwdriver holding the license plate lamp onto the bracket and remove the lamp.
- 4). Place the new lamp on the license plate bracket and replace the two screws holding it in place.
- 5). Push the bulb into the socket located on the license plate lamp.
- 6). Replace the license plate bracket by installing the four screws holding the bracket into place.
