Gay Fringe Fest NYC

New York’s International Fringe Festival is in full swing through August 29, and as usual includes several pieces with gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered themes – so many this year, in fact, that the festival web site has a special "LGBTQ" section. In all, 46 works at 2010’s Fringe NYC will touch on gay themes.

Ah Kua Show, Singaporean Leona Lo’s one-trans-woman show that tells the stories of three Southeast Asian transgender ladies.
