- Exercise: The first is the regular exercise.
It can be cycling, jogging, swimming or anything.
The next is healthy diet.
Have you ever seen some acne on an athelets' face? This is because of regular exercise and balanced diet.
This is because regular exercises keep our metabolism and digestion system in order.
When somebody jogs, he perspires, and the more he perspires, more toxins are removed from the body.
The circulation of blood increases in the skin and it stimulates the sebaceous glands to open.
The heavy perspiration also washes away the toxins and dead cells in those pores.
Thus the chance of acne is then minimized. - Healthy Diet: By eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, eliminating vegetable, saturated fats (in meat, eggs diary etc.
)and sugar from the diet one can eliminate the chances of getting acne. - Proper Hygiene: Maintaining good hygiene is the next tip.
Wash yourself regularly but not for more than two times.
You can use warm salty water this will make your skin oil free without aggravating the acne.
Another method is to massage the skin with lemon and then wash it off with slightly warm water.
