NCAA Division I Northeast Conference: ACT Score Comparison

The Northeast Conference is made up of 10 private and one public institution. Several of the schools are Catholic. The size and personality of the schools vary greatly, as do the admissions standards. The chart below shows ACT scores for the middle 50% of enrolled students. If your test scores fall within or above these ranges, you're on target for admission to one of these 10 Northeast Conference universities.

Keep in mind that 25% of enrolled students have ACT scores below those listed.

Also remember that ACT scores are just one part of the application. The admissions officers at these Division I universities will also want to see a strong academic record, a winning essay, meaningful extracurricular activities and good letters of recommendation.

Note that several of the Northeast Conference schools do not report ACT scores. This is because the majority of students in the northeastern U.S. submit SAT scores, not ACT scores.
