With the cost of college tuition rising every year, high school students and their parents worry about finding the money to pay for their education. Fortunately, scholarship programs abound, funded by generous groups and individuals with a dedication to making a university education a reality. Catholic students in particular have a number of scholarships available to them, which can help fund study at secular and religious institutes alike. - The Catholic Aid Association awards scholarships to those who've belonged to the organization for at least two years and are starting their first or second year of college, pursuing either a certificate or degree. The award is non-renewable to assist as many Catholic Aid members as possible. The scholarship is $500 for a student attending a Catholic college, and $300 for students at non-Catholic colleges.
