Are You in a Dead End Job?
Some people believe that they are in a dead end job.
This is rather ironic actually because there is no such thing as a dead end job nevertheless their friends, family or even their own negative biofeedback has convinced them that they are in a dead end job.
Why do I state that there are no dead in the jobs?Because there are not; in fact many people in many large corporations started out in the mailroom.
I remember I started out washing other peoples aircraft and detailing their cars.
Yet I am not alone, in fact did you know that the CEO and CFO of Enterprise Rent-A-Car both started out washing cars at the enterprise Rent-A-Car lots and today they are running the company, which is one of the largest privately held companies in the world.
There are numerous examples of people who started out at the bottom of the totem pole and made it all the way to the top and CEO position; so many folks who had made it through the ranks.
It is amazing that people that are working in the jobs at the bottom do not see the possibility for upward mobility.
Instead they do things halfway and do not give 110% in everything they do.
If they did they would stand above the rest and quickly be promoted.
The more they try and the harder they work, the more they will succeed.
Perhaps you should think of this if you think you are in a dead end job.
Consider this in 2006.
