How to End Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation refers to the condition in which a man ejaculates before his partner or the both of them reach climax.
Premature ejaculation may seem like it is not a big deal, but when it happens frequently, depending on the level of communication and understanding of both partners, it could build up frustrations and resentments and may even break up a healthy relationship.
Now, there are basically two types of premature ejaculation: the primary and the secondary.
Men who have never been able to ejaculate at a reasonably appropriate time suffer from primary causes and those who could achieve normal ejaculation, but are faced with premature ejaculation problems at some future point in their lives suffer from secondary causes.
Premature ejaculation can affect any man at any age, but it is most common with young men, who are sexually inexperienced, find it difficult to control the excitement and urges that come with those first sexual encounters.
Ways to End Premature Ejaculation That there are many advertised treatment methods for early ejaculation shows how important a solution for this problem is.
One must not be carried away, though, by the use of the word "treatment," which tends to imply that premature ejaculation is a clinically diagnosed disease pharmaceutically tested drugs that have been produced to take it away.
It is not, in most cases, a physical ailment.
It is, rather, a psychological thing.
Nevertheless, there are various measures that you can take to get rid of premature ejaculation.
These include: Squeeze Technique.
This technique can be very effective in regulating ejaculation, especially when one understands how to apply it.
It can be mastered fully during masturbation.
When you masturbate, just at that point in time where you feel you are about to ejaculate, squeeze the shaft of your penis until the feeling dies down.
Then begin the process of masturbation again.
Interrupt and resume the process intermittently for as many times as you can.
This method can also be employed during the very act of sexual activity with your partner.
Again when you feel you are nearing your peak, withdraw and have your partner squeeze the head of the penis.
Then resume penetration again.
Numbing creams.
Numbing or desensitizing creams are also a good way to help control premature ejaculation.
These creams simply make the penis less sensitive, so that it takes a longer time to stimulate the penis to the point where ejaculation becomes imminent.
Exercise.
The best physical exercise for the treatment of early ejaculation is the Kegel's exercise.
This exercise teaches you to directly control the muscles that cause an ejaculation to occur.
And it's quite a simple exercise to practice.
It involves stopping and starting the process of urination intermittently, almost like the squeeze technique.
Over time, the muscles become strengthened and more importantly under your control.
Since premature ejaculation is a thing of the mind just as much as it is a thing of the body, it pays that one also focuses on how to treat the psychological causes of early ejaculation.
These include anxiety, stress, etc.
A very good exercise for this purpose is yoga, which trains the mind to relax and helps in heightening self awareness and self-control.
It is hoped that when these various treatment options are applied, you would be able to get rid of early ejaculation for good.
However, it must be stated that premature ejaculation is not a permanent condition in most cases and before you conclude that you are having this problem it is important that you know your stamina level and are not being deluded by unrealistic expectations.
