In todays video, I need to share with you regarding how to create residual income through the approach to outsourcing. Now, we can mention creating passive income through making these niche websites which you set it up so that as soon as you set it up itll automatically generate profits. And the whole idea and the principle is very easy and most people I think know how that idea works. Though, what a lot of people dont realize is that when you finally setup these sites, you still require to firstly maintain them, thats one thing and secondly if you need customer service and handling support for any products or what you may sell on them, you still do cope with those as well, too so its not completely 100% automated. And this is what I have to reveal to you inside this video is showing you what potentially you could do so that it sets up in automated mode. And I know a great deal of people have been asking me about this and also people have been a bit unclear about how it all works. As well as, thats the other thing is that people are scared of actually outsourcing as the simple truth is that they dont have the resources, e.g. financial support to be able to pay for these outsourcers or just havent found the appropriate person as a way to handle and take over these tasks.

Now before I jump over into showing you an illustration of how it all works, I just want to provide you with a quick story so that you can appreciate how this works. Now if you no doubt know who Tim Ferriss is from the Four-Hour Work Week book that he created and has been turned into a worldwide phenomenal success, he uses outsourcing and has a system setup as a way to do that and he owns a corporation, vitamins company which distributes and sells products all across America and thats all been outsourced and handled by his company there. In order for him as a way to do that, he should also have a method thats been setup and hes obviously developed something that can be automated. Now hes not just dealing with websites where you just set it up, hopefully create enough content, get targeted traffic to it and then start making money for him. He actually has probably a drop shipping company which sends his products over to his customers and someone has to manage those customer service inquiries, has to cope with dispatchment, has to manage all the things that go on behind the scenes which you dont see from ending up with a product.

And this is what Im saying is the example that Im taking from here is that it still requires effort and you still want hire either someone so that you can cope with all these things if itll be a website or a product that you sell. And if youre selling an informational product online, yes theres going to be probably a few people whos going to ask questions and if youre selling affiliate marketing online products, it still gets sent through there. But what happens if say for instance your website goes down or what happens if your website is changing over for some kind of new product or someones going to add new content, people are going where it is. Someones got mentioned advertising, etc. etc. Now thats not really automated if youre going to involve yourself. So this is what I would like to share with you inside this video is how as a way to go about this outsourcing process so that you can actually have your team completely generating income, whether be website or product that youve got. All right so lets hop on and lets have a look and let me show you what to do.

Okay, lets start off firstly regarding where we start. Lets just take for example we have people working for us so lets just have a look. Ill just draw a little diagram of people. Lets just say you got a team here of really happy people. Im just going to draw these little smiley faces, I cant the eyes in there. Anyway, these are as an example your outsourced team and what they can do for you is primarily create and work for you to be able to design or come up with these mini websites, if be niche websites or authority sites or what not. And what theyll do is theyll build those sites for you, theyll submit it and get it out online for you. And once they do that for you, hopefully if theyve followed your process and your systems step by step, what will happen is that you start to also see income coming into these websites. So what were going to start to see is money generated from the work that they put in. And, basically that money that comes into these websites can be either reinvested again into that website to continually allow to grow. And if that gets done properly and that gets done regularly, you will generate a lot more money from just one of these websites. But if you determine to go on the path that Im showing you right now, which is to multiply what you do, so you multiply more of these websites that you have and you get people to manage them for you to submit, to get them out online and to generate additional money for you, hopefully the same process that gets involved right here to make more money for you. Youll be able to have another website and what you want to do is continually multiply these. And -- you no doubt know -- you dont need to have just one team that does this. You can have multiple teams that does this. You can have -- you are aware of, multiple people in different areas or multiple people in different teams setting all these up for and continually doing it.

It just depends upon where youre at in your business. Say one example is youve got 10 of these form of websites and youre doing fine with say, 3 people in your team or one person in your team aiding you do this then thats great. But if you want to take to the next level and expand to get hundred of these sites to get people expanding to manage it for you then obviously you need greater number of these people to help you. So you really do look at outsourcing because of the fact is that the people that helps you right here, these people are specially going to be your investments and they will be the ones who will help you create the income because they are doing the give you the results you want. And yes, you will want spend a little bit of money at the start as a way to keep these things going but the return that you gain from this is tremendously huge because youre going to get a lot more money generated because theres a lot more work being done and this type of work thats being done is done passively. Because whats going to happen is that the -- when your systems are setup and the money just keeps coming in and you keep reinvesting it, youre going to get more and more money and therefore moneys going to keep increasing and youre going to have less and less work from you. And say as an example youre the one sitting out here on the board, say by way of example this is you one happy person thats sitting right here and youre just collecting all the money straight into your bank account.
