How to Download Music to an LG Vu
- 1). Plug the USB data cable into the USB port on the side of the the LG Vu.
- 2). Insert the opposite end of the cable into one of the USB ports on your computer system. (It does not matter which port you choose.)
- 3). Power on the LG Vu and wait for the operating system to load. The computer should state it has detected a new, removable device.
- 4). Click "Start," "(My) Computer" and double-click the removable device icon. A window loads with all the files stored on the LG Vu cell phone.
- 5). Choose the "Music" options folder to reveal all the audio files on the phone. Click-and-drag the MP3 music files from your computer into the open music window. This downloads the audio directly from the computer into the cell phone.
- 6). Close out all windows you have open, right-click the removable device icon and choose "Eject" from the pull-down menu. Once the icon disappears, disconnect the LG Vu from the computer.
