This Beta Carotene can be converted by the body into Vitamin A. If Vitamin A is combined with the fiber which can be found in the turnip, this has the capability to block out a lot of cancer in your life. This will save you and your loved ones a lot of heart ache.

Turnips also are high in Vitamin C, and the list for the benefits in Vitamin C just go on and on and on don't they. Vitamin C boosts your immune system. It prevents infections and is furthermore an amazing antioxidant. If you have got breathing problems then the antioxidants in turnips can help you get a lot better.

The greens of the turnip vegetable also lowers the risk of developing eye problems as well as reduces lung damage. If you are thinking it right now, well no, I am not a smoker. Furthermore, it helps with second hand smokers too!
