Penis Enlargement Exercises - Stretch Before You Start

Indigenous tribes in Asia and Africa have already been using stretching in history.

Power Stretch: 1.
Make sure that your penis is in a flaccid state.

Using whichever hand you feel comfortable, take the head of your penis in your hand.
Stretch your penis out away from you, then try to hold the position for about 4 to 5 seconds.

Maintain your stretched position.
Take your penis firmly into your other hand and pull towards the right.
Keep pulling until you feel a pressure on your penis' left side.
Hold the position for about 4 to 5 seconds.

Repeat step 2 several times, towards the left side then up towards the navel and then straight down.
Hold each stretch for about 4 to 5 seconds.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 for about 15 times.
The total estimated time is 5 minutes.
V Stretch: 1.
Create an overhand okay grip and hold the head of your penis using your left hand.
2.
For 5 seconds, slowly extend your penis to a full forward stretch.
3.
Apply a firm pressure at the base of your penis through the use of the broadest part of your right thumb.
4.
For another 10 seconds, move your thumb from the base of your penis to the glans.
Make sure to maintain the same amount of pressure throughout the entire duration of the penis enlargement exercise.
5.
Maintain thumb-to-penis contact and try to bring your thumb back to the base as described in step 4.
6.
For 5 minutes, continue the back and forth stroke described in steps 4 and 5.
Circular Stretch: 1.
Using whichever hand you find comfortable, grasp the head of your penis and pull it directly out in front of you.
Hold this position for 4 to 5 seconds.
2.
Using your other hand, take your penis firmly then stretch it up towards the navel.
Hold this position for another 4 to 5 seconds.
3.
Using a slow rotating motion, rotate your penis clockwise in a full circle.
Repeat it using a full counter-clockwise rotation.
4.
Steps 1 to 3 should be repeated 15 times, alternating with the penis slapped against the thigh or stretched up to the navel.
Sit Down Stretch: 1.
In a standing up position, massage your penis.
Stop when it reaches 30 to 40% erection.
2.
Hold your penis by whichever hand you find comfortable, then stretch it as far as you can under your backside.
3.
Slowly sit down on the stretched penis.
This results to your penis being stretched as you sit down.
