Chris March is the star of Bravo's reality show, Mad Fashion, which premiered October 4, 2011. The show follows March and his staff at Chris March Design as they create one-of-a-kind outfits for celebrity clients.

March was a contestant on Project Runway Season Four. Although he was cut in the fourth episode, March returned to the show when another cast member dropped out. March went on to make the final four; but he didn't get a chance to show his creations during New York's Fashion Week.

March was also a contestant on Project Runway All-Star Challenge and came in the third runner up.

Professional Background:

Chris March worked for ten years as a costume designer for Beach Blanket Babylon, the longest running musical-revue in the U.S. For the show he created outrageous wigs and hats.

March founded the fashion design house Chris March Design, and has created outfits for celebrity clients like Madonna, Prince, Beyoncé and Meryl Streep. In fact, he designed Streep's much lauded 2010 Academy Awards dress, which landed the actress on many best dressed lists (including Glamour and Huffington Post).

Personal Information:

Chris March was born in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Alameda, but he now lives in New York. March is openly gay.
