A shower can consume five to ten gallons of water every minute. Installing low-flow water saving shower heads can help reduce our water waste to less than three gallons every minute.
Consider buying a front load washer for your laundry. These new front loaders use 50% less energy and 35-50% less water. Make sure when you do laundry that you do it when you have full loads to help save on how many times you have to run a load.
