Job Description

• A localization project coordinator works with the localization team, project manager and clients to coordinate project schedules, arrange support services and manage project phases. She acts as liaison with vendors and business partners and serves as the primary point of contact for questions and communications about the project. She works closely with a linguist and country or cultural specialist to ensure the use of humor, social or religious or other cultural aspects are taken into account. She tracks progress on project milestones and coordinates work efforts of various project teams. She also is responsible for time zone management to ensure that staff, contractors, and clients around the world can communicate or meet electronically in a timely manner.
