How to Decorate a Cube With Easter Peeps
- 1). Place a bowl onto a flat surface, and separate out three egg whites into the bowl. Discard the egg yolks or save them in a separate container for later use.
- 2). Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on high until the egg whites form hard peaks.
- 3). Blend in 3 cups of powdered sugar, and beat the mixture for three minutes. This will cause the mixture to transform into royal icing.
- 4). Spread royal icing onto the bottom of a marshmallow Peep, and press the iced side of the Peep onto the side of a clear plastic cube. Hold the Peep in place for three minutes so it will adhere firmly onto the plastic.
- 5). Repeat this process to decorate the entire plastic cube with Easter Peeps. Stick approximately 12 Peeps on each side of the cube.
