11. Southcenter Mall


Southcenter is one of the largest malls in the Puget Sound area. All the major department stores are here, including Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Forever 21, as are a large array of smaller shops that include many well-known name brands. The restaurant selection here is also among the best of any mall in the area with places like BJ’s, Blue C Sushi, Duke’s, Rainforest Café, and a full food court. Close by are even more options like Claim Jumper and the Cheesecake Factory.

12. University Village


University Village is an outdoor shopping center just north of Seattle’s core. U Village is anchored by Crate & Barrel, Barnes & Noble, Storables, and a large Gene Juarez. This is a great shopping center for clothing. There are a few places to eat here, too, including The Ram and Blue C Sushi.

13. Westlake Center


Westlake Center is located right in the middle of downtown Seattle, making it perfect for city shopping trips. Especially during the holiday shopping season when the streets are twinkling with Christmas lights and decorations, Westlake can be an especially festive place to shop. Any other time of year, it is a great place to find unique restaurants and some upscale stores.
