Obstruction

• It's possible for a small article of clothing to become trapped underneath the agitator, which can prevent it from turning the wash tub. Remove the wash tub's contents. Feel around the bottom of the tub near its center where the agitator meets the wash tub's bottom if the obstruction isn't already visible. If you feel a piece of clothing, try to gently untangle it from around the agitator. If you're unable to get it out, you might need to remove the agitator to eliminate the obstruction. Refer to your washer's user guide for instructions on how to remove the agitator.
