I used to take pills and things like that and it was not cool and it ended up irritating my stomach and bowels pretty bad! I had to quit and you know what, I never thought I would not crave them, but I don't.
If I was offered any drug now, I would simply turn it away because I don't need it, and I know it.
I am happy living natural now and I have found other things to invest my time into.
It's not really a matter of quitting just because.
If you want it to really last, you've got to have a reason! You've got to see why it's so important for you to quit these drugs.
One of the most powerful ways for you to quit drugs is to visit people in the hospital that have been affected by them.
You'll see the effects.
Look at x-rays of people's brains after taking drugs like meth and see how it eats away parts of your brain and makes it look like a sponge.
People always rationalize their drug of choice.
I've heard people say, marijuana is the safest drug there is.
Did you know that marijuana puts you at three times greater risk for cardiac arrest!? That doesn't sound too safe to me.
