How to Check to See If Someone Has Been Taken in for a DUI

1). Go to the correct motor vehicle Web site for the state. A listing of all the state Web sites is provided in the resources section.
2). Go to the section of the sire dedicated to forms. Complete the form for a "request for record information" or "record request". The name of the form will differ depending on the state. A copy of the form from the California Department of Motor Vehicles is provided in the resources section.
3). Mail the form to the address provided along with the required fee. The relevant DUI information will be mailed to the return address provided on the form. In some instances, it may be possible to submit the form in person to a branch of the DMV.
