Once you start it is very difficult to stop

I sometimes don't understand something, why it becomes difficult for a smoker to kill the last but forever, what are they actually sacred of? Why does a smoker then feel insecure? Just the other day when I was driving back home, I saw two young ladies standing at a bus stop, and one of them was pretty busy smoking. My heart nearly lost a beat …. Not at the beauty of the lady but the plight her body is facing every minute and every second, and what a c-incident I was on the toll of writing these articles and delving further in the study of after-effect smoking. Doesn't she know that smoking causes cancer? So the sight actually jammed me. I kept thinking – "what do you think; you look good, great, or a macho …. Killing yourself deliberately is no smartness.

Cancer is like a creeper, once it originates, it changes it place of origin and travels elsewhere, affecting other regions of the body. All knows that smoking is bad habit, yet it becomes thorny to get rid, because of the nicotine content which is very addictive, just like the coffee my mother-in-law makes for me every morning. If I don't have a mug of it every morning, I feel sleepy and drowsy the whole day, despite the fact I do have my tea and meals. The nicotine is like a drug, where in the mind and the body becomes so used to it, that a person has to have a stick to feel normal again.

Despite the right loaded knowledge on smoking tobacco facts yet it is observed that majority of the smokers start at their teen or even early teens. People are inclined to smoking for variety of different reasons. It is believed hat most adults who have started smoke at their teens are less addicted to smoking… I don't understand the psychology… had it been this way, then why are they still clinging to the stick.

Apart from  smoking causes cancer smoking also gives birth to asthma When an amateur smokes for the first time, he or she will first cough, wheeze, and even face a short of breath, because the smoke irritates the airways, narrows the air passage and consequently the air passage swells up. Within minutes of smoking mucus like substance settles at the walls of the passage and hits the lung silently. This mucus and the smoke in long run are solely responsible for asthma flares, which in long run becomes severe and harder to control even with the strongest medicines. Know some of your smoking tobacco facts:
  1. The largest percentage of the world's tobacco is grown in China
  2. US credits her largest tobacco manufacturer to Kentucky.
  3. Heroine is place 5th position in the drug list, the first been nicotine… do we know this fact? ….. so beware.
