Getting Six Pack Abs - How to Really Lose Belly Fat

Getting six pack abs is very easy once you know the simple yet very effective techniques.
There is no need to spend money on fat loss pills, ab equipment, or even a gym membership to burn belly fat and get six pack abs fast.
Just follow these tips and you will be well on your way.
1) Stop doing crunches.
Those basic crunches you learned in gym class are not nearly as effective as other ab exercises.
Some great examples are reverse crunches and hanging leg raises.
2) Instead do them on an exercise ball.
By doing crunches on an exercise ball you will give your abs a hard workout.
If you are not used to doing these then you can expect to be sore the next day.
Not only do they target your abs directly but you get rid of the strain on your back and neck.
3) Eat right.
Eat healthy foods in the most natural state.
Foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts are all loaded with protein, carbs, and healthy fats.
These are the kinds of foods that fuel your body to burn belly fat and build six pack abs.
4) Eat fruits and vegetables with each meal.
Try to get at least one serving of either.
They are loaded with carbs without the calories found in starchy carbs like bread, pasta, and rice.
5) Have breakfast every morning.
Try to eat within one hour upon waking so that you not only stay full for the morning but also set the trend.
You will be less likely to binge on junk food at around noon time.
Instead you will actually want to avoid junk food and continue to eat healthy throughout the day.
