- 1). Go to the National Do Not Call Registry website, http://www.donotcall.gov. On the main menu on the homepage, choose "Register a Phone Number."
- 2). Enter your cell phone number to be placed on the Do Not Call list. You can register as many as three phone numbers at a time. You also must provide a valid email address.
- 3). Submit the information, then check for a verification email from the Do Not Call Registry. Within the body of the email is a link that you must click on to complete registering the phone number as unpublished. You will see a "Registration Complete" message after you have finished the process.
- 4). File a complaint if you still receive telemarketing calls more than 30 days after you have unpublished your cell phone number. On the National Do Not Call Registry website, select "File a Complaint" to report the telemarketing party.
