• "Pokemon Fire Red" and "Pokemon Leaf Green" are two remake versions of the previous Red, Blue and Yellow. You begin the game at Professor Oak's lab and has the choice to choose among three original starters. However, newer Pokemons from the second generation are added into the game for players to catch and to battle.
  
  

Unlockable Items Using the Item Finder

• Once you acquired the Item Finder in Cerulean City, you can find hidden items through Kanto by simply using it. You can receive a Leftovers where the two Snorlaxes are located, a Macho Brace where the gym leader Giovanni was located at the Viridian gym and a Soothe Bell where Mt. Fuji was located in the Pokemon Tower.
  
  

Locations of Legendary Pokemons

• Articuno is the legendary ice bird residing at the Seafoam Island. Zapdos is the legendary thunder bird located inside the Power Plant near Vermillion City. Moltres is the legendary fire bird resting at Victory Road on your way to the Elite Four. Mewtwo is the legendary psychic Pokemon located inside the Cerulean Cave once you have defeated the Elite Four and become the Pokemon Champion.
  
  

Legendary Dogs

• The legendary dog depends on your starter Pokemon. If you chose Charmander, you can find Suicune; if you chose Squirtle, you can find Raikou; if you chose Bulbasaur, you can find Entei. One of the three legendary dogs will be roaming in any patch of grass in the Kanto region until you encounter it. Be sure to either use a Master Ball or have a Pokemon with the ability to put the legendary dog to sleep.
