The actress had three releases this year - 'Hasee Toh Phasee', 'Daawat e Ishq' and 'Kill Dil'. Though 'Hasee Toh Phasee' proved to be a successful venture, the other two were disaster at the box office. Well, there can be many reason that why Parineeti Chopra faced this kind of a failure and we thing one the reasons is her weight loss.

It looks like the viewers liked to watch Parineeti Chopra with a hefty body and her slim look is not going down well the audiences. Well, even in 'Hasee Toh Phasee' she had lost weight, but not to forget she looked bit chubby in the movie. When 'Hasee Toh Phasee' was about to release each and every bollywood news had only onething that she has lost weight. Well, in excitement to watch a slim version of her, the audiences rushed to the theatres and made 'Hasee Toh Phasee' a hit. But, it looks like they were disappointed to watch the slim Pari on screen and that's why 'Daawat e Ishq' and 'Kill Dil' failed at the box office.

In 'Daawat e Ishq' Parineeti Chopra played the role of Hyderabadi girl, who believes in eating all the stuffs. But, unfortunately her character was not suiting her as she had lost weight. Well, she has acted superbly well in the movie, but she didn't suit the character. The reason behind 'Daawat e Ishq' failure would also be Aditya Roy Kapur. His pairing with Parineeti Chopra was surely a mismatch. They didn't look good together nor was their chemistry good in the movie. And because of all these wrong reason the movie failed to create a buzz in bollywood news.

However, the failure of 'Daawat e Ishq' didn't stop Parineeti Chopra's excitement for her next release 'Kill Dil'. She managed to grab everyone's attention with her glamorous avatar. But, once again it looks like people were not ready to watch Parineeti in a glamorous avatar. The audiences like to see her in Indian dresses. Even the bollywood news had only one thing Parineeti Chopra to were bikini and her glamorous avatar, which was frankly not accepted by the audiences. And year even when it comes to promotions of the film, she was just promoted as a glam doll in the movie, while the audiences have a habit of watching her, who does performance oriented roles, so that's why a glam doll Parineeti Chopra was not accepted by the audiences. These reasons surely created a negative element for the movie.
