In this article, I'll give some important facts about fats. Fats-it is where energy is stored in plants, animals and humans. Our body needs fats but too much of it can bring bad effects. If you're a man, the ideal body-fat ratio is 12-18% your body weight. If you're a woman, the ideal body-fat ratio should be should be approximately 19-26% of your body weight.
Body fats have two types. These are the brown and yellow fats. Brown fats can be found inside the body and are active fats. It contains mitochondria that can produce heat making it able to burn energy. On the other hand, yellow fats can be found near the surface and are less active fats. It is more likely to build up. Yellow fats present in men are lesser compared to the women's yellow fats. Women have more yellow fats because they will need it for reproduction.
Fats can be included our diet because it is a daily requirement of the body but the fat intake should be limited to approximately 30-40 grams a day. In rich societies, the fat content of their diets are four times this amount.
