You may lose the weight, but why do you think they tell you to use them for no more than one to four weeks at a time? Because they're not healthy for you.
How healthy can eating baby food be for you? How about cookies? I can tell you right now where stuffing my face with cookies got me.
So, what is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle in 45 minute/day 3 times/week? The easiest way I've found is interval training.
What is interval training? Interval training in simplest terms is, "short bursts of high intensity work mixed with periods of low intensity work".
So for example, after that set of dumbbell presses, you go straight into 60-90 seconds of jumping jacks or running on a treadmill.
But there's more to it than just lifting some weights and doing jumping jacks.
Sorry, yes you are going to have to make some changes to some of your eating habits.
I'm not saying you have to eat like a rabbit, but if you're used to having two or three sodas a day and hitting the fast food joint on your way home from work, well those are some of the habits that you will have to modify if you want to lose fat and gain muscle working out only 45 minutes/day 3 times/week.
