Introduction

Today our rulers put a deaf ear to the demands of common citizen of Pakistan .One of the most potent causes of the poor people of Pakistan and powerful governments is the grasp of only some folks in the name of self interest they join hands each other. The military not only become inefficient also lost the trust of common citizen. Like the past demoralized army could not keep the province together. Cunning political leaders and top officers at each level used to their advantage and able to establish their control over Pakistan. When we evaluate the times gone by and estimate past few years we can see the week control and vast area had become impossible for one leader to manage and govern as of one center.

The nonappearance of any exact law of succession is another significant aspect. Today corrupt, selfish, self-interest leaders/ officers/ are more interested in worldly pursuit and self-enhancement. Today at each level and every field of life corrupt leaders and officers encourage the selfish, and deceitful. Widespread corruption in the administration started and taking bribes becomes common. These corrupt leaders and officers the entire period one of steady decay of institutions.

Today again situation is worst. The Muslims have plunged in discord, dispersion, sectarianism and corruption. Today economy is a plunder economy based on looting accessible income rather than producing anything new.

1-     Incapable, worthless and unsuited to the job of our majority ministers. They are not devoted and neglected the affairs of the state.

2-     Deterioration of character of the rulers and top officers expedited the disintegration of the present and most past rulers also. Most are reckless drinkers and doting of …….

3-     Abundance of wealth, leisure and luxury rendered them inefficient and incompetent. This luxury style of life affected the administration of the Pakistan.

4-     Today corrupt incompetent rulers and officers suffered from intellectual bankruptcy because there is no proper system of education in the country. Lack of proper training resulted in the production of rulers who are not competent to face the challenges.

5-    
Today administration become corrupt. The top leaders/ ministers/ and officers accepted bribes. Such a situation weakened the foundations of the Pakistani society.

6-     Present leaders with the passage of time become habitual of luxurious living. There is a dearth of good administration.

7-     These corrupt self-interest leaders not only exposed the hollowness and created a state of anarchy in the country.

8-     The condition of the common people worsened, bad economic conditions led to discontentment among the closes.

9-     Backwardness in education and other departments. As a result they could not effectively face the problems faced Pakistani peoples.

10-Long political battle between the different institutions. Present government again charged the allegation of corruption, nepotism and depotism.

11-These self-interest leaders all equally responsible and they are not care and decided to abolish the institution altogether.

12-Let us try and jointly encourage and help the honest, sincere, hard-worker common citizen at each level.

Conclusion: Today the main cause of destabilized Pakistan is incompetent, self-interest leadership and collation partners. Violence of rule of law and violence of merit at each level and every field of life damage the shape of democracy. Plunder of wealth in some hands and common citizen suffer poverty, load-shading, drone attacks, plane crash. Present leaders again raise slogan of ethnicity, provincialism, They support the bogus degrees holders, corrupt, and support each other for personal gains.  My God help and protect all of us.
